@rembeauty I’ve been chasing a response to an email since 9th January with no response about items ordered in November. Ive sent follow up emails and still no response, what can I do?
@EE been trying to upgrade for 2 weeks. Have to do online as I have a perks code, constant message to say I need to call, I call to be told you can’t do over the phone due to code. Over 3 hours on phone, no one can help in store, who can actually help or do I need to cancel?
@EE I’ve called several times and every time they go off, talk to a “manager” and tell me it can’t be done over the phone it can only be done online, a complaint was logged by the tech team on Saturday and still nothing back. I’ve always praised EE but this situation is ridiculous
