Since people on reddit really liked it:
Hi everyone! I made an override for the newly refreshed main menu in TS4, inspired by The Sims 2!
I wanted it to be both nostalgic and match Sims 4 aesthetics, so I used icons from TS4.

Greta Thunberg is being tortured in Israeli captivity, as revealed by fellow activists:
“They dragged little Greta by her hair before our eyes, beat her, and forced her to kiss the Israeli flag. They did everything imaginable to her, as a warning to others”
Hot take: I never really found the sims 3 imaginary friends that creepy? They just remind me of Rolie Polie Olie (iykyk)🤣 the sims 4 ones are much more unsettling to me lol
Israel just murdered Prime Minister of Yemen and their entire cabinet. If anyone had done this to Israeli Prime Minister and Cabinet, they'd be considered by Western media as the worst terrorists in the world. So, what does that make Israel? They're obviously a terrorist state.
Potentially unpopular opinion: I say stop all major packs for a while, even just half a year. Put out kits if you need to, and take that time to make substantial progress on core issues in #Sims4. The extent of new content is outpacing what QA can fix.
BREAKING: Sims Sessions concert accidentally exposed an alleged affair between Landgraab Industries CEO Geoffrey Landgraab and his colleague Eliza Pancakes
Fun fact: Have you ever wondered how babies and toddlers in The Sims can be immune to fire? Well, turns out that there was an explanation for that in a particular statue's description in The Sims 2
every time i see this picture trending it pisses me off, the real simmers know that fire DOES NOT look like this in the sims 3 and it's photoshopped, besides babies cant catch fire in this game anyway
What if traits were combined with personality points from TS1-2, offering more freedom with making unique sims by dictating specific types of behavior based on how more/neutral/less of a trait a Sim has?
(this is just a mockup)
dont forget that apartment life also has murphy beds and butlers (that in ts4 appear in tiny living stuff and vintage glamour stuff respectively, each pack costing 10 dollars)
I just don't get why they split up packs like this. I mean, it's obviously because of EA's greed, but still- to get every major feature of The Sims 2 Apartment Life, you need these packs in TS4
