@ATLPublicWorks hi @ATLPublicWorks, can we get some clarity on the hike for ATL 2024 solid waste bill on condominium units? we're being charged as if each condo unit were a single family home. this represents 16x more (or 1611%) than in 2023 bill. no explanation accompanied the increased bill.

@USPS @USPSHelp Hi, twice now my mailed letters are delivered or returned with evidence of tampering while in USPS mail process. Clean cuts to the top or side of envelope; in one case, important item inside was removed & lost before arriving to my recipient. Why are envelopes getting cut open?

@GeorgiaPower Hi there, needing help getting a street light replaced. We’ve submitted 3 requests over several weeks to no avail. The back parking lot is pitch black without the street light so this is important for residents trying to safely pull in and walk from car to building.
