How about @bchesky making the house rules a required step to review during the booking flow again? Bring that back!

Apparently @Airbnb policies only apply when it's against a host. Even when you send the published policy to @AirbnbHelp and they agree that it meets the conditions, they still refuse to enforce the policy against a guest! No wonder hosts feel unsupported. @bchesky
