@virginmedia I had the automated checks and it didn’t help just said no fault. Apparently I have an @virginmedia router which doesn’t show the fault which exists for he and my neighbours who use virgin. My neighbours who use @bt_uk are working fine

@virginmedia I am so annoyed that I switch to @virginmedia from @bt_uk. I worked from home for the last four years with no outage when I was with @bt_uk.
