🚀 Added user-context app uninstall support to the Windows Bulk Uninstall Tool!
Per-user installs are now detected & removed ✅

⚠️ Note: uninstallers can’t run as the target user from other context. If the uninstaller fails, the tool can stoll clean up the folder, shortcuts & Add/Remove Program entry when -Force is used.

✅ Added support for detecting user context apps
🧑‍💻 Full re-write with optimizations
⚠️ Some apps refuse to uninstall outside their original context, so…
🧹 Added an option to clean up user context apps even if uninstall fails

@xenappblog @Microsoft @IntuneSuppTeam This is odd and I wished we had a better answer from Microsoft. The application itself install in system context, so imo the right deployment should be for device. Had issues in the past when it was on user.
