Incredibly powerful, elegantly put.. the message could not be clearer for the intended recipient, and same time placed with dignity instead of being antagonistic..

Shared my thoughts at the Outreach Session on ‘Forging New Partnerships and Rebuilding International Solidarity’ at the G7 Summit in Evian. In a world that is getting more interconnected and interdependent than ever before, this subject becomes all the more vital. But, partnerships can succeed only when they are founded on trust.

A rare and remarkable sighting for Assam's wildlife.
For the first time, a Black Panther has been captured on a camera trap in Lakhimpur's Dulung Reserve Forest.
The presence of this elusive predator highlights the ecological significance of our reserve forests and reflects the success of sustained conservation efforts in protecting Assam's wildlife habitats.
Well written!

Horn OK Please is written on the backs of trucks in India.
During World War 2, Britishers were sending India’s diesel to Europe. This caused a shortage naturally and India switched to Kerosene as fuel to run trucks.
Kerosene is volatile and trucks would blast in accidents and collisions.
So they started writing “HORN PLEASE ON KEROSENE”.
On Kerosine eventually became “OK” and got placed between Horn Please.
That’s how we got Horn OK Please.
Delhi’s top brass lines up for Bengal: RBI Governor’s Nabanna visit latest in string of high-profile meetings
@RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra called on Chief Minister @SuvenduWB at Nabanna on Friday, the latest in a series of visits by senior central officials to West Bengal over the past month.
In recent weeks, the state has hosted the railway minister with the full Railway Board, the secretary-level team that oversees MGNREGA nationwide, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Ministry of Shipping that announced a ₹1 lakh crore package, Adani Ports MD Karan Adani, and Amul’s top management, among others.
The meetings have been low-key, but the cumulative signal is significant. For years, the Left argued “Centre’s neglect” while the bygone government of the TMC complained, “We must always go to Delhi, Delhi never comes to us.”
That narrative has changed. Since the G20, the Centre has pushed decision-making down to the state and district level. Darjeeling hosted a G20 meet. High-powered committees on Jal Jeevan Mission have met in the districts.
According to senior officials, Prime Minister @narendramodi asked his cabinet to focus on Bengal. Ministers and the cabinet secretary were directed to clear pending files, allocate funds for stalled work, and speed up execution. “Redevelop Bengal with whatever it takes” was the message from the top, sources said.
Following that, central ministries have begun calling the chief minister and the chief secretary directly. Department secretaries in Delhi are asking for proposals by email with assurances that approvals are being readied.
The push suggests Bengal is now a strategic priority for the Centre. The biggest beneficiaries, officials say, will be the state’s districts.
How to win in life:
Stay calm when others lose theirs.
Listen more than you speak.
Stand tall and carry yourself with confidence.
Let your actions do the talking.
And remember, arguments rarely change minds, but results often do.
Good essay on life lessons we learn too late in life that nobody teaches us but everyone figures out alone. My favourite one: "The magic you're looking for is in the work you're avoiding."

Major cheat code for life: Master the art of the fresh start. From a bad morning. From a bad interaction. From a missed workout. From a poor decision. The goal isn't to avoid the fall. It's to shorten the time between the fall and the reset. Fast recovery compounds.
