@British_Airways Thanks - it was a very long queue and quite the wait, ideally needed to be sorted by staff depending on if you were heading to a hotel or just wanted to leave as you’d made other plans.
Feeling pretty unlucky. Return trip to HH marred by cancellations and just deciding not to stop at our station any more and for apparently not being able to ‘find my ticket’ on delay repay.
@LNRailway It’s a massive inconvenience to cancel 2 at short notice is poor planning. To add insult you apparently can’t find my ticket number for delay repay….

@HeathrowAirport appalling experience level 3 parking. Only one machine with a constant, long queue which means I’m here longer. No staff in sight. Anywhere.
