@CRED_club I ordered from @BombayShavingCo based on the voucher recieved from Cred and they just fail to ship the product, respond to customers or refund for close to a month now. Don't promote such fraudulent companies in Cred.

@philipsindia We purchased a Philips epilator 7 months back, which wasn't working well and sitting in your Auth service center in Chennai for 2 months with extremely poor response from them. Should we throw away the product or will philips be responsible for the warranty?
