The chamber of Social Justice Minister Vanni Arasu is often overflowing with visitors from various parts of the State. They come with requests and grievances relating not only to his department but also to several other departments. The Minister spends hours patiently listening to them, offering guidance and, when necessary, speaking directly to officials over the phone to explain their situation.

While his accessibility and commitment are commendable, dealing with such large crowds on a day-to-day basis is not sustainable. A more structured system may be needed. His personal assistants and staff can handle many of these representations, with the Minister stepping in only when his intervention is absolutely necessary. This would allow him to devote more time to policy matters and administrative responsibilities while continuing to remain accessible to the public.

One of the most citizen friendly reforms introduced by the #TVKVijay government is the launch of #AnywhereRegistration for eligible property documents. For decades, people were forced to travel to the Sub Registrar Office having jurisdiction over the property's location, often spending considerable time and money on the process. With this new initiative, eligible documents can now be registered at any designated registration office in Tamilnadu through Aadhaar based authentication and digital verification. We actually tried a couple of episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (please put the brackets in the right place) gets it right first time, but they were only 6 minutes long. NBC weren’t happy. Then we tried some where House never gets it right and the patient dies. The audience wasn’t happy.

One could apply your trenchant analysis to other art forms: JS Bach wrote 30 Goldberg variations on the same chord structure; Frida Kahlo painted 50 portraits of herself; Henry Moore, what??

The point is, or was, variations on a theme; if all you see is hospital, medical blah blah, then it wasn’t meant for you.

Nonetheless, I look forward to your first novel!
