@MoCA_GoI Booked a return flight from Mumbai to LAX. For date change, Make My Trip / turkish Airlines asked for Rs. 74,568 as taxes besides fare difference and penalties. They are indulging in cheating and unfair TP. Need for regulation of these portals. #@makemytrip #@TK_INDIA

@makemytripcare I had made a flight booking from Mumbai to LAX and back with outward journey on 25 Oct26 and return journey on 25 Nov,26. I had asked for change of date for my return journey to 29th Nov but due to horrible and pathetic IVR , it has not been done.#Sr citizen

We have to book tickets for the Mumbai Tokyo flight under Vande Bharat 2 but the economy ticket is showing Rs 1,73, 645 /- where as the same for the Delhi Tokyo flight is Rs 45,492 /- . Why so much disparity / discrimination in the tickets from Mumbai & Delhi

@Olacabs Ola service becoming worse day by day. Today 2 Drs, cancelled bkg (1) CRN 3284852810 (2) CRN 3284827662. Dr. cancel bkg. when there is discount and want to go out on surge. It suits Ola but hurts passengers. Urgent need for fixed rate of charge.

@Olacabs I am Corporate customer of Ola. Ola service is becoming bad to worse. Today had 5 bkg. cancellations by Drivers with ids ie (1) CRN3165581352,(2) CRN3165719793, (3) CRN3165810094, (4) CRN3165863166 and (5)CRN3166067948. After wasting 75 mts for Ola, left by Uber cab.

@ola_supports Firstly, it is highly regretted that not all cancellations by Drivers are being shown in your App. Today, the 2 Drivers who had cancelled the booking and shown in the App are; 1) CRN 3153689216 and 2) CRN 3153659224.

@Olacabs Sharp decline in OLA services. Today,reached office 45 mts. late due to cancellations by 2 Drivers. Arrived home 30 mts late due to cancellations by 3 Drivers. Must discipline your Drivers and start charging fixed rates to stem the rot.

I am a regular commuter of OLA cabs. Since few months, there is deterioration in OLA cab services. Whenever OLA cab show a discount, the Drivers most often cancel the booking. Today, t.he booking was cancelled 5 times and got cab after one hour.
Why not a fixed rate ?

I am a regular customer of @Uber. On 3rd May, I booked an Uber Cab from my residence at Sector 58A, Seawods, Navi Mumbai to Dr E Moses Rd. Worli. The App.showed Surge Fare of Rs. 872.However, I was overcharged at Rs.1101.15.@Uber to please Refund the excess fare charged.
