मेरा एक सुझाव है ट्रैफिक पुलिस से और प्रशासन से स्पीड लिमिट से संबंधित क्योंकि आजकल ज्यादातर चालान स्पीड लिमिट के देखने में आ रहे हैं और यह सिर्फ चालक की लापरवाही ही नहीं है यह हमारे जो सम्मानित विभाग है उनकी भी जिम्मेदारी है विस्तार से मैं नीचे बताया है।

जिस तरह से जगह-जगह पर सड़क के ऊपर बोर्ड लगाकर और निशान लगाकर यह बताया जाता है कि इस साइड में फलाँ शहर है और इस साइड में फलाँ शहर है इसी तरीके से। क्योंकि एक हाईवे पर एक ही स्पीड नहीं होती कहीं पर जहां रिहायसी इलाका आ गया स्पीड लिमिट ��म हो जाती है कहीं स्कूल है आगे वहां काम हो जाती है। परंतु जो गाड़ी चला कर ला रहा है 50 की स्पीड से पीछे से और आगे सडनली 30 की स्पीड चलानी है क्योंकि आगे कोई स्कूल है तो उसकी जानकारी नहीं होती उसका बोर्ड ना तो कहीं लिखा रहता है और ना ही दिखाई देता है। अगर कहीं लिखा ��ै तो कहीं बिल्डिंग के पीछे या कहीं पेड़ के पीछे छुपा है। तो इससे बचने के लिए मेरा सुझाव है कि ट्रैफिक पुलिस को और सरकार को इसके जो बोर्ड है स्पीड लिमिट के वह बिल्कुल ऊपर हाईवे के ऊपर लगाने चाहिए जिस तरीके से शहरों के इंडिकेटर लगे रहते हैं और उसमें स्पीड के साथ-साथ यह भी लिखा रहना चाहिए कि यह स्पीड आगे से 100 मीटर दूर से इफेक्टिव होगी और उससे आगे डेढ़ किलोमीटर या 3 किलोमीटर तक आपको इसी स्पीड में जान�� है। क्योंकि अगर कहीं लगा भी है स्पीड का बोर्ड के भाई यहां से 30 की स्पीड है तो कहां तक रहेगी? 2 किलोमीटर तक 4 किलोमीटर तक यह पता नही चलता चालक को। यह सबसे ज्यादा परेशान करने वाला सब्जेक्ट है सबसे ज्यादा हाई स्पीड के चालान काट देते हैं जब के कहीं पर इंडिकेटर सही से नहीं लगे हैं के कहां से कितनी स्पीड लागू होनी चाहिए और कितनी दूर तक होनी चाहिए। इस पर संज्ञान लेना चाहिए यह मेरी सुझाव है।
