One of the senior executives promised to share communication made to customers on batch 1, which I am still waiting for.. They can't as they did not in first place

I had booked my Astor on launch day (pre booked on 17th at dealership with a promise that max by dec-21 I will get the delivery). Now I am being told that there's no sight on delivery dates and on top that it's not under price protection. 1/4

I am taking their statements as official one from dealership where they confirmed they don't have control on allotment but MG has. MG excutive had confirmed they overbooked on launch day.

MG says talk to dealership. @MGSupportIndia has gone cold and not even acknowledging the issue. @TeamBHPforum @IndianCarsForum @consumerforum_

@MGSupportIndia @rajeev_chaba I got the call, again both the executives even after follow up call were not prepared with the case details. I am not sure if there is a real intent to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for the resolution.

I have spoken with dealership and atleast 6 executive from MG and none has been able to answer
1. why the booking on day 1 is not batch 1
2. why batch 1 concept was not communicated while booking
3. why it's not mentioned as part of booking confirmation email

Missing delivery commitments and lack of transparency leads to conclude that MG overbooked the vehicle and customers like me are taken for a ride. 3/4

@zerodha I have a ticket open with your team from 2nd march and there is zero response to it. I have followed up twice on the thread but still no response. I also don't see any escalation mechanism for such cases.
