@VANS_66 I ordered a pair of custom Vans in mid-February. I emailed customer service with a request on Feb. 22 - no reply. Then again on March 1. Still no reply. What does it take to get a response from your customer service team? Soooo disappointing!

@clubquarters I accidentally booked a night at your World Trade Center hotel, canceled it within minutes, yet you still charged me $206. I called and was told I'd only be charged $50 "out of courtesy." But no sign of a refund and no response to my email. #customerservicefail
@airbnbmag Hey! For the second year in a row, I've been charged for a subscription to your magazine. Only problem: I haven't received an issue for at least 12-18 months. And no one at customer service seems able to explain why or provide a refund. Please help. This is maddening.

We have LONG called on Trump to visit troops in a combat zone, said it was important, and we are glad he finally got around to it. It is the right thing to do. But, make no mistake, he had to be shamed into doing so.
