🚨 URGENT CONCERN WITH THE MARUTI ERTIGA SERVICING AT RANA MOTORS, OKHLA 🚨

this thread is for my brother Rahul Chaudhary, He is the owner of a Maruti Ertiga. He recently had the car serviced at Rana Motors, Okhla, New Delhi, on 8th June 2024. However, just two days after the service, He encountered a gear-shifting display issue. Despite returning the car to Rana Motors twice, the problem persists.

He has been in touch with the service manager, AGM, and GM, but the explanations We have received are inconsistent and alarming:

They first mentioned an error code related to the silencer. Then, they claimed the CATA was missing from the exhaust manifold.
Lastly, they suggested the issue was due to "defective petrol" (which is baseless as I use Power 95 petrol).
It's important to note that there was no issue with the car before the servicing on 8th June. We are seriously concerned about the service quality and the safety of the vehicle.
We have contacted Maruti as well and we are still left in dark and unassisted and it felt like they are just trying to push us away to avoid this serious issue of Rana Motors practices.

@MarutiSuzuki @RanaMotors, please address this immediately. I deserve a clear explanation and a proper resolution.

The first-floor podium issue is a life-or-death situation for families living on the first floor, but @OfficialGNIDA keep citing rules and regulations, even after acknowledging the severity of the issue and the need for an amendment or solution.

As per the Greater Noida Authority Planning Department, this issue affects lakhs of first-floor families, yet they remain unable to move forward with a solution. It’s disheartening that while provisions for podiums to protect property/vehicles exist in many bylaws, there’s no solution when it comes to saving human lives—ensuring life safety should be the highest priority.

Despite many letters, personal visits ans reminders over the last few years, absolutely no action has been taken for safety. Instead, the authority is forcing the removal of any shed or protection put in place to safeguard lives from heavy substances falling from higher floors.
