@ouraring So upset with your false promise & lack of response. Ring 3 was to be shipped Nov 15. That didnt happen. Received an email that an update will be sent by Nov 29th. That didnt happen. You guys took the money right away. Wish you had sent the product at that speed too!

@AmericanAir Booked my vacay in May with arrival back to point of origin at 9:21pm. Suddenly you changed the flights with new arrival time at 12:55AM next day. With 2 kids that’s just not convenient. When I call to cancel, you guys give me a hard time! Thx for taking my $2.4K.
@ATTWireless Terrible experience with your customer service between the hours of 7:30PM est to 9:30pm EST on April 6th. On April 3rd your rep confirmed the monthly cost to add a line would be 19.99. When I call on April 6th to add the line this is what happens:
After that she kept forcing me to upgrade to 49.99 for additional line. When I ask for the 19.99 fee, she said it’s no longer available when she was the same one who confirmed a few mins prior. I had to hang up before I would 🤯🤯
Story of our daily life with @BoschHomeUS oven. Feels like we live inside a power station. And their customer service says they stand behind the quality of the products but don’t reply back.
@BoschHomeUS I have been waiting for a response from your customer service rep for weeks with no resolution in sight. I am unable to decide what’s worst your service or your appliances. And don’t ask me to reach out as I have done that every week. If you care, I can be DM’ed.
@BoschHomeUS Your wall microwave oven is again making the same noise it did before it blew out on me a few months back! This means the magnetron will burn out soon. 4th repair in 3 years!! This is ridciulous.... Spent half the amount of the oven in repairs in 3 years.
