This is pure mental harrasment as they dont intent to process your claim and find some other excuse everytime. Asking the same document which is already been submitted although they acknowledged it is submitted. Ridiculous customer service.

@care_mediassist @MediAssistIndia My worst experience in TPA till now. I had submitted all required documents in Oct'22. Even then after insistent follow up with Asha Kumari, everytime after 1 month gap she told us to submit some or other bills. Claim Id - 105459164
