This is to report a serious issue I faced after talking to Vikash Kumar – a Jio Customer Care executive on 1800 896 9999 at about 11:45 am today (Oct 20) to seek a solution to the wi-fi range extension. He disabled my router’s WPS from the back end. @reliancejio @JioCare
