इस महिला का नाम "कल्पना मिश्रा" यह पहली बार मां बनने वाली थीं। डिलीवरी के लिए उन्हें संजय गांधी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।

प्रसव के दौरान हालत बिगड़ती गई। तेज दर्द में कल्पना बार-बार रो-रोकर कह रही थीं—मुझे बचा लीजिए… मैं नहीं बचूंगी… ये लोग मुझे मार डालेंगे। करीब 10 मिनट बाद उनकी मौत हो गई।

परिवार का आरोप है कि — जब बेटी की हालत गंभीर थी तो डॉक्टर ने 3 लाख रुपए मांगे थे, पैसे न देने पर डॉक्टर की जगह नर्स ने ही ऑपरेशन कर दिया इसी वजह से मेरी बेटी की जान गई है।

ये लोग अंदर मेरी बेटी से बदसलूकी किए। कल्पना मेरी इकलौती बेटी थी। शादी के लिए 15 लाख की जमीन बेची थी।

इस मामले में 2 नर्सों को निलंबित कर दिया गया है जबकि अभी तक आरोपी डॉक्टर पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है।
