@TalkTalk I’ve got some notes from the last 4 hours:
- your staff doesn’t know if we need to book and engineer or not
- you ran through the security questions twice on the same call. This should not be necessary
- your staff didn’t answer any of my questions, but kept reading of a script

@TalkTalk - we’re moving houses and it’s been 2 days on the call with your customer support (in total over 4 hours!) and the customer support is now suggesting to call us tomorrow for day 3. I am gobsmacked by the incompetence of your customer service staff
