Hey @virginmedia my elderly Dad had arranged an installation yesterday. Engineer arrived today; despite downstairs flat having Virgin installed the Engineer said “there’s already a BT connection in the flat, just go with them”.

The engineer had now said it will be 10 days before @virginmedia can be installed.

@O2 I’m suddenly being charged for calls to Norway. Even using audio web call on iPhone. We haven’t left the EU/EEA yet...thought those calls were handled as normal calls?
