This will make mobile connectivity more affordable
@IndiaPostOffice A female family member took time off from work and visited the post office on my request for a follow-up. She was simply told to come back at 5 PM because it was lunch time. There seems to be no value for people's time, and no concern for the inconvenience caused to the public.

Finally I paid additional amount for SIM delivery which JIO informed as free. Another delivery agent called & asked for money to deliver since I had no choice as there was no help by Jjo, reluctantly I paid @JioCare@TRAI
@JioCare refer last 3 post since 24 hrs & as per ur reply I was supposed to wait 24hrs for resolution
Now I am requesting again 24hrs has been completed where is my SIM card, is home delivery promise was a lie ? Why no one contacted me since last 24hrs ?

Refer to my last 2 posts, how an online SIM card order facility became a worst experience, not sure what is happening in @Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomer but @reliancejio needs to take it seriously.
