Okay, I have sent a formal email to the board of directors of @Lenskart_com seeking clarification about their grooming policy and @peyushbansal’s statement on twitter saying the policy was recalled on 17th February. I have also attached SS of employee audits with date stamps of April that prove that Bansal made a false statement, Am also registering a formal complaint on the Scores compliance portal of @SEBI_India. I am still getting messages from present and past @Lenskart_com employees from all over the country. It is not just the grooming guide that was the problem. Apparently, since the last two years, the company has had a distinct anti-Hindu shift, preference was given to hiring Ms, Ms were given leaves far more easily than Hindus.
