@AmazonHelp Nothing, a big thank you to Amazon for the great customer service so far, something we're unable to get with Samsung's estore. Kinda in a pickle after buying a #galaxywatch4 #GalaxyWatch4Classic and not able to return, despite not liking the product.

@SamsungIndia @galaxywatch4 The service centers in question are in the business of repair, not certification. To even attempt this, I have to drive 15km to the center, or pay pickup/drop charges (non-standard).

@SamsungIndia @galaxywatch4 Firstly, the product's UI, tactile feedback, connectivity and charging ignore basic customer expectations. To return the product within a week, Samsung's associates (on mutiple channels) suggest that I need a "defective unit" certificate from an authorized service center.
