Only update @Samsung customer care has is to ask for 48-72 hours. Once 72 hours cross, they ask for another 48-72 hours. Every time you call them they promise to take personal responsibility to resolve issue by EOD. That’s a never ending cycle.

All that @Samsung cares about is cheating and looting customers by selling defective products. Once you purchase a product from them, good luck getting any customer support. No levels of escalation matter as their customer support is a joke.
