@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart My issue is not yet resolved.Raised a service request on 21st May. Id 26052104424466. Customer care is unable to provide a solution. Not sure how seriously you're taking this issue. All I got was automatic repliesand scripted answers.

@Livpure_India I have raised a service request on 29th June with job sheet id JS-25062909075504. Till no no service person contacted me or my issue is resolved. I have contacted the call centre multiple times and they are unable to provide a solution. Please look into this ASAP

@Livpure_India Pathetic service. It's been a week since the purifier is not working and service centers don't have spares to attend to the issue. Even after paying you I have to buy water from outside.
