Terrible experience with Indigo. Lost baggage, returned broken, and the team at the ground was shockingly rude and unprofessional when I raised the issue.

@StarHealthIns I submitted a genuine health insurance claim in June 2024 with all required documents. Despite multiple grievances, my claim is still unjustly denied. I'm being harassed with repeated document requests. I pay premiums regularly,why this harassment at the time of need? @DFS_India
