Our new paper is out now🥳🎉
It was a lot of work, fun and suprises:
Therapeutic NMR and intermittent hypoxia trigger time dependent on/off effects in circadian clocks and confirm a central role of superoxide in cellular magnetic field effects

had a great time at Universität Innsbruck as an examiner for Viktoria Thöni's Rigorosum (PhD viva). Huge congratulations to @viky_tho and her team for the excellent #quantumbiology research at the intersection of magnetic field effects, hypoxic signalling and circadian rhythm.
Today I had the honour of being present to hear the talk of the nobel prize winner Anton Zeilinger⚛️🥼🔭. It was one of the most inspiring talks I habe ever seen!!!☺️🤗 #entanglement#quantumphysics#philosophy
Today, 9am PST, as part of the Pre-GRC intro lectures to #QuantumBiology, it is our great pleasure to welcome 🚨Rudy Marcus @Caltech, @NobelPrize '92🚨, to talk about charge transfer in biology.
Exciting! Join us!
Thanks Nathan Babcock for making that happen!
🚨Mar 13-17, 7--11.30am PST: free introductory lectures Pre-@GordonConf Quantum Biology!🚨
Possibly one of the first "Schools" on Quantum Biology, we will introduce some "flavors" of quantum effects that might be at play in nature.

Yesterday I was invited for the first time in a TV studio to talk about our research ☺️ It was such a nice experience. Had a lot of fun with the best film team #nicsmedia
The chronobiology and sleep fields have lost a wonderful colleague and friend to many. Steve Brown died from injuries sustained in an accident on Wednesday. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, lab and colleagues. RIP.
It's hard to think about dietary restriction around the festive period 🍰🍫🧁🍪... but it certainly seems to be promising to stave off disease!
Read our review, out last week, including how it might link to epigenetic changes and senolysis, the removal of aged cells :)
