अगर UPI या इंटरनेट बैंकिंग से पेमेंट करते समय आपका पैसा गलती से किसी दूसरे के अकाउंट में चला जाए तो आरबीआई द्वारा जारी गाइडलाइन के अनुसार आप तुरंत टोल फ्री नंबर 18001201740 पर शिकायत दर्ज कराए। आपका पैसा वापस आपके अकाउंट में आ जाएगा।

ध्यान रहे कि यूपीआई और नेट बैंकिंग से गलत खाता नंबर पर पेमेंट हो जाए तो सबसे पहले उपरोक्त नंबर पर इसकी शिकायत दर्ज कारें एवं इसके बाद संबंधित बैंक जाएं और फार्म भरकर इसकी जानकारी दें। अगर बैंक मदद करने से आनाकानी करे या मदद करने से मना करे तो उपरोक्त बैंक के खिलाफ https://t.co/75V16M1xL8 पर शिकायत करें।

विदित हो कि रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की गाइडलाइन के अनुसार, ऑनलाइन पेमेंट के दौरान गलती से किसी ग्राहक के खाते की रकम किसी और के पास चली जाती है तो बैंक की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह शिकायत पर गौर करके 48 घंटे के भीतर रिफंड करे। याद रखें हमेशा यूपीआई और नेट बैंकिंग से पेमेंट करने के बाद फोन पर मिलने वाले मैसेज को डिलीट नहीं करें। इस मैसेज में PPBL नंबर होता है, जिसकी शिकायत के समय जरूरत पड़ती है। गलत ऑनलाइन पेमेंट होने पर बैंक में कॉल कर सारी जानकारी के साथ PPBL नंबर दर्ज करवा कर 3 दिन के अंदर बैंक में जाएं और वहां अपनी लिखित शिकायत दर्ज करें। बैंक को दिए जाने वाला फार्म में ट्रांजेक्शन रेफरेंस नंबर, तारीख, रकम और जिस गलत खाते में पैसे गए उसकी जानकारी अवश्य दें।
