Hello Sir
Almost after 1 week they replaced transformer yesterday but today again it got blast because of we have more than 100 connections and transformer load 63KV only.
Request you to please replace with some more KV more transformer.

How many days it will take to resolved this transformer issue. If I will talk to customer care (1912) they are asking to call JE(Sunny Sharma). I have called multiple times but he is not responding at all. Request you to please take action on this. @myogiadityanath

Here we have 63KVA transformer but requirements more then 100KVA because we have almost 100 connections.
That's why transformer blasting again and again. I request you to please take action on this.
