@Telstra Can we have a comment on having these device replaced or SIP information released? It has been years now and there have been no changes. In todays #cybersecurity landscape, these device are just horrible, and businesses are being forced to use them.

@Telstra 18. All Telstra vendors and contractors I've spoken to locally say the devices are rubbish but cannot offer any further help. Have had several replaced but no improvement. Cost to small business is huge.

@Telstra 17. I have over 50 of these is production. We have to move the phones away from Telstra to a 3rd party SIP provider, just so we can pull them out of service and replace them with ANYTHING else.
Telstra phone and email support to not acknowledge the problem.

@Telstra Sure. You tech support will only support using the provided Telstra Business Smart Modem. They will not release the SIP information required to use another device either.
