This morning at breakfast in Doha, my waiter told me to thank President Trump for him.

I asked him why.

Plazas. Two toll plazas between Saharanpur and Dehradun run by whatever operator on Delhi Dehradun expressway
They deliberately make Fastaq unreadable and then demand money bcoz system is showing low balance.
