@nxcare Hello. I am Chinenye. I had a trip from london to Taunton to bring my family and due to the covid 19 restrictions, my family was not allowed to transit from Turkey to the UK. I tried to request of my refund of 92 pounds with ticket number EUJCJ527

@nxcare but was told it has to be requested within 48hours. Please how would have known that Turkish airline won't fly into the UK? I am devastated right now as my family are stranded in Turkey and I will be losing 92 pounds on a National Express ticket which I didn't use.
