BitGo Is Protecting Institutional BTC Wallets from Quantum Risks

@BitGo officially launches a suite of security tools designed to assess and mitigate quantum computing risks across institutional UTXO-based $BTC wallets.

The rollout features a patent-pending method for grouping and prioritizing transaction outputs to minimize public key exposure, effectively hardening multi-signature architectures against future decryption threats.

The initiative addresses recent findings suggesting approximately 7 million $BTC are currently held in addresses vulnerable to future quantum attacks.

According to DefiLlama's protocol fee dashboard, @Tether has generated an eye-watering $484.4M over the past 30-days, stemming from yield earned from the assets backing the $USDT stablecoin.

This means it is currently producing revenue at more than double the rate of its stablecoin competitor @Circle $USDC, which has generated only $194M in the period.
