आखिरकार पाकिस्तान की उच्च न्यायालय ने आज यह स्वीकार कर लिया कि POJK एक विदेशी क्षेत्र है, ना कि पाकिस्तान का क्षेत्र। हाल ही में पाकिस्तान की क्रूरता और अपने मानवाधिकारों की मांग को लेकर POJK में हुए उग्र प्रदर्शन देखने को मिला था। पाकिस्तान की क्रूरता के खिलाफ मशहूर कश्मीरी कवि अहमद फरहाद ने भी अपनी आवाज उठाई थी। उन्होंने लेख और कविताओं के माध्यम से अपना विरोध दर्ज कराया था। लिहाजा उनका यह रवैया ISI और पाकिस्तानी सेना को पसंद नहीं आया और इस प्रदर्शन के दौरान ही पाकिस्तानी रेंजर्स ने कवि अहमद फरहाद को 14 मई को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। अहमद फरहाद का केस वकील ईमान ज़ैनब लड़ रही हैं। आज अहमद फरहाद के जमानत मामले में इस्लामाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में सुनवाई थी। केस की सुनवाई कर रहे पाकिस्तान के अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता (राज्य प्रतिनिधि) ने यह स्वीकार किया कि POJK पाकिस्तान का क्षेत्र नहीं है।

इस बात की जानकारी खुद अहमद फरहाद की वकील ईमान ज़ैनब मज़ारी-हाज़िर ने मीडिया को दी है। यानि जो पाकिस्तान बीते 76 वर्षों से POJK पर अपना जूठा दावा करता आ रहा है आज उस झूठे दावे की पोल खुद पाकिस्तान की उच्च न्यायालय में खुल गई। फरहाद पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले जम्मू-कश्मीर (POJK) के बाग इलाके के रहने वाले हैं और इस क्षेत्र में हालिया अशांति पर उन्होंने अपनी रिपोर्टिंग में बताया था, कि कैसे पाकिस्तान सरकार और आर्मी आम लोगों के प्रदर्शन को कुचल रही है और कैसे POJK के लोगों को उनके हक के महरूम रखा गया है।

This pioneering step conforms with the national & global quest for knowledge based on the ancient classical ‘Indian Knowledge System’ pertaining to military science and related disciplines.
