@EM203rmceneaney Well done concept map on monetary wealth Ryan. You can possibly cover areas of absolute and relative wealth with respect to developing technology and population. #EM203problems
@barbar1289 Nice concept map on pollution Barjind. I enjoyed how you addressed radiation as a problematic topic of discussion. You can also include radioactive contamination with respect to radioactive pollution. #EM203problems
@Em203Jsun Justin, great concept map on obesity. I like how you organized your map into causes, risks, symptoms and treatment. It would be good to see an area of mental health and environmental conditions. #EM203problems
@EM203DanVyTo Good job with your concept map Dan Vy and well done addressing the various causes and effects of climate change. You can possibly include an area on biodiversity and aquatic ecosystems. #EM203problems
@vinceEM203 for your concept map on pollution, you could possibly explore other types of pollution such as noise, light, radioactive, and land pollution #EM203problems
@em203fafreen Absolutely agree with you Fafreen, as we approach a more digital revolution that supports digital education, I believe that technology use can now be considered a life skill.
@jmkrech Although I did not learn about the connectivism theory specifically, I absolutely agree that connectivism creates new opportunities for students to learn but also communicate and share information across digital networks.
@EM203SatoF Frederick, I also learned about constructivism. What I found most interesting about this learning theory is that it allows students to construct their own ideas and solutions which raises the significance of peer-mediated constructive learning.
@EM203LucasB Lucas, I definitely agree with you. Technological use in this course such as open discussions online really helps students stay engaged as it gives students better opportunities to interact with their peers that come from different types of learning styles.
@EM203KaleighC Kaleigh, I too enjoyed having the ability to communicate with our peers through online discussion. I believe that integrating technology into class room environments is an effective way to connect with students of all learning styles!
Three weeks into EM203, I have enjoyed learning about the different types of learning theories of the digital age. This course has been very engaging, especially through discussion, which I believe is significant in regards to learning and retaining information. #EM203Clarke
