I still don’t know why should I report cancelation when the delivery didn’t happen. Shouldn’t Uber directly refund me and settle with the restaurant 🧐. Customer is no more the # 1 priority
@UberEats so first message from Uber support said I should have reported order cancelation within 48 hours, second message said 30 days and third says 7 days. At least align on ur timelines 😀. I had reported within 48 hours though. 😀. Worst customer service

Deaths are not “lagging” for 8-weeks; it’s due to vaccines.
The best response to delta variant is to get vaccinated.
So they ask me to send contact details and then again ask me to go back to email support who are already sending me messages in a loop. There is no on call support. No chat. @UberEats ur customer service is pathetic.

@UberEats following up for 40 days, to get refund of canceled order, Restaurant didn’t have any issue,Canceled within 15 mins. U promised to refund, every time new customer representative speaks to me, we go in same loop. Restaurant owner also connected with u. Pathetic service
Following up since day 1. And now they say contact within 30 days!!! @UberEats not sure what to aloe out of this. Every new customer representative comes with their own logic and promises. Give my money back. It’s not about the amount but about the ethics. Super bad ethics Uber.
