They made me stuck can't book new property as I don't know what AGM will do will he accept the refund.
They denied to provide alternative stay, denied stay at booking.
Denied refund due to their so called policy as it requires AGM approval.

AGM approval who is not picking all from last 4 hours.

2-property owner
3-agm of area
No one is picking the call.
