@fitbit @FitbitSupport. Did a google search and I can find many reports saying one of the magnetic pins of the charger’s-spring action gets lost easily and hence it doesn’t attached to the Sense properly to charge it. This year I had to raise so many requests (ionic recall)

@fitbit @FitbitSupport. Bought a Sense on 11-Mar and it’s clip broke in June. You replaced the pebble for free. Now the official charger is not charging the new pebble after a month’s use. Really frustrated. What should I do now!

@allylean89 @fitbit My experience is a mixed bag in a span of 5 months. I was part of the ionic recall/refund and had to wait for 4 months and countless follow-ups to get refund. I bought Sense already.Within 3 months, d pin broke and just within 15 mins of contacting CC, they issued a replacement

Hi @fitbit @FitbitSupport my 4 month old fitbit sense’s clip/latch, that locks d strap, came off from the console. Hence the infinity strap is detached and Sense is not useable.Didn’t expect this on a new watch. How to resolve this?Just came out of ionic struggle and now this!

Hey @fitbit do we want to talk about how I was scammed into recalling my Ionic and am now waiting for the refund for 10+ weeks? @FitbitSupport playing dead and the recall call center giving me a different version every time I call. Shameful.
