how many ideas have you killed just because the waitlist stayed empty?

@X do your work
@rram19000 totally agree, conversations > landing pages every time
when you do those ‘honest conversations’, how do you usually find the right people without it feeling forced or salesy?
do you go into specific communities, cold DM, or something else?
@robj3d3 Love this project.
While everyone is vibecoding replacements for SaaS tools, the ones that actually survive still need demos that don’t go outdated every time the product changes.
That’s exactly the pain I’m solving with Motion Demo
I'm curious how other SaaS founders handle this:
You build a great product, but how do you actually show people how it works?
Do you:
→ Record a video and edit it?
→ Use screenshots/GIFs?
→ Build an interactive demo?
→ Just let users figure it out?
I'm building something in this space and I'd love to hear how you currently do it.

2026 e ainda gravando demo toda vez que o produto muda?
criei o Motion Demo:
grave uma vez, atualize sempre.
→ demos interativas
→ direto no browser
→ sem regravar vídeo

@guincrf_@RealGalego@samsantosb @Grimmacez @coproduto cara, acho que o caminho ideal é tocar projetos solo a principio pra pegar a prática dos novos assuntos, depois fica "fácil" trocar de área
