जिस बैल के साथ उसने खेत जोते, दिन-रात मेहनत की, सुख-दुख बांटे, आज वही बैल उसकी आँखों के सामने करंट लगने से मर गया। किसान फूट-फूट कर रो रहा है, क्योंकि उसके लिए वह सिर्फ़ एक जानवर नहीं था, परिवार का सदस्य था।
