@JetBlue Flight 576 MSY to JFK 6:23pm delayed to 9:15, then 10:10pm. Waited all evening, boarded, sat on plane until we passed shift hours, deplaned at 10:26. Waiting for my friend to get me, luckily don’t need hotel voucher, just need better communication. Unfair for all.

@Zipcar your company is a FRAUD. Over a month to get my Zipcard to be able to make any reservations. Many calls and issues securing that. 1st trip bad tire pressure and flat tire, second trip electrical problems and needing a tow. You are overpriced &have the worst communication.
