@British_Airways ive waited nearly 24 hours for an update on my bag which LHR says it has left, and BCN says they can’t confirm receipt and meanwhile calling both sides and no one seems to know where my bike box is. It was a direct 2h flight and I purchased an upgrade as well.

@British_Airways I had checked in a bike box and it never arrived. I’ve lodged all the forms at airport, online, and it says it should have landed but no one can tell me for sure. I tried called [phone] and it hangs up on you. This is very frustrating. Where is it?
