I bought an LG AC, and it has stopped working. I registered a complaint, but it's been 2–3 weeks and I still haven't received a single call from customer support. I've been trying to contact them repeatedly, but no one is responding

Very disappointed with LG customer support. My AC needs repair, but I am not getting proper assistance from the service team. If LG cannot provide repair and after-sales service in village/rural areas, then why are these products being sold
