@PinnacleSF How is this not an emergency? I cannot locl my house and if there where a fire we would be trapped ! We have our 4 year old asleep and no alternative accommodation or locksmith to make safe !

If we are broken into your liable, my home insurance is invalid, my child is unsafe, if there is a fire and DIE because we cannot get out , your liable and I will be seeking legal advice .

@PinnacleSF How can you leave a family vulnerable? This is utterly disgusting no way to lock my home , child sleeping , and no way to exit it safely in a fire ...... but not an emergency 🤔

Why do I have to sleep here with NO chain even to keep me and my 4 year old safe ? This is how you fulfil your contract for the MOD ?

@PinnacleSF so here we are again , front door handle sheered off, no way to secure the property and the potential to be locked in should a fire break out , and no one can attend until tomorrow am , tell me how I can justify sleeping here with my 4 year old with no safe way out

@PinnacleSF guess what pinnacle boiler is broken again ! And most likely leaking into my property again ! Last time was the 15th Sept, freezing weather and no assistance for 48hrs with an ASD 4 year old , no temp heaters and now over A YEAR of a faulty boiler @CllrTerryJermy

@PinnacleSF @CllrTerryJermy Rain and wind now started , but due to it not being the end of Oct we are not entitled to any spare heaters although I can show you which on camp garage they are stored in , this contract is a joke

@PinnacleSF @CllrTerryJermy Just directing me to the call center like (which I have reported AGAIN!) And have to wait until Monday before I can get an appointment, so 3 days minimum of no heating and no hot water ?? No temp heaters either ..... Really @PinnacleSF is this really good enough ??

@PinnacleSF @CllrTerryJermy I have inboxed you when I posted, but nothing ever seems to happen, can I ask what I am supposed to do for heating and hot water whilst I'm waiting for 'business hours'? Why is this not seen as an emergency to leave us AGAIN unable to have heat or hot water ?

@PinnacleSF so the requests for info was just for show then I can see as no contact after ,
I'm also told that because its winter I can't have heaters for my 4 year old or myself, despite the fact my finger nails are going purple.
How Is this allowed ?

@PinnacleSF Broken boiler for 1 year , can be used if jimmied and set in a certain way (to have hot water we have to have heating on max and certain valves open that should be closed etc) it's finally packed up , no one can help me ?? , soonest appointment 'maybe' Tuesday 1/2
