@SecVetAffairs the computer systems aren't even up to date! Files don't get transferred, vets get passed from one person to the next! My son is on the phone for HOURS! How are vets supposed to work when they have to advocate for themselves? The frustration is unreal, and unacceptable.

@rep_stevewomack the VA in AR is terrible! absolute incompetence. don't care, totally inept and incapable of transferring records of veterans from one place to the next. my veteran son has to manage everything, all the while they misplace files and call wrong numbers for vets. inexcusable.
