@Profeco Volaris está cobrando el DNR a personas con residencia en México, aunque el INM confirmó por escrito que los residentes NO deben pagar este impuesto.

Esto contradice lo que establece el Instituto Nacional de Migración.

Volaris is now charging temporary and permanent residents the DNR fee of $57 to fly into Mexico unless you have a Mexican passport. They said it is Mexican law. This appears to be Volaris policy, not Mexican law. They would not issue our boarding pass without paying it.
