@Kandy2021@3choingWhisper@SawtrapWolfgirl I so feel his pain 😩 It was genuinely the worst week of the entire process -- I'm glad he's content though even if they are a little jagged! Nothing wrong with that at all as long as he feels comfortable in his body now xx 😌✨
@Kandy2021@3choingWhisper@SawtrapWolfgirl That can definitely be a cause as well! Not sure if he was similar but when mine were healing they itched SO badly it took everything I had not to mess with them.
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl Me correcting someone by saying that surgical scars will largely heal neat, especially when done with precision, but that it can depend on the circumstance is not the same as me saying other people's scars won't heal that way. I made a point to say it happens.
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl You are taking my words in bad faith. I also didn't say one was more anatomically correct to draw than the other. However, I am not wrong to say that most surgical scars heal neat, unlike what the commenter was saying. That's true. It doesn't make other people's scars invalid.
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl Anyone can draw the scars however they'd like!! And truthfully, stylizing them/making them more obvious in appearance is helpful, and people who have scars that resemble them I think look very cool. I never said it was invalid. But surgical scars are generally neat, that is true.
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl And as I already said, more than once lol, there will be variations in scars that could make their appearance differ. I've already said that, I never denied that. But to say that top surgery scars are more anatomically correct when portrayed that way is not true.
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl And, GENERALLY, they won't. GENERALLY speaking, most top surgery scars heal in a neat line. I've already said it more than once that I went over circumstances in which it isn't the case. This person said that the scars just heal that way, which isn't true.
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl Because we are talking about top surgery scars. I never said anything about the artist, and I was responding to someone suggesting that that is how those surgical scars generally look, that it's more anatomically correct. I know not all scars heal the same, I addressed that :)
@Kahrah4@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl You repeated pretty much exactly what I said lol -- I said it is possible depending on the tightness of their skin, if they are prone to keloids, how their skin heals from trauma etc. I didn't say it was impossible, just that it is not the "correct" appearance of survival scars.
@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl Now depending on how someone's body heals and reacts to trauma, the tightness of their skin, if they are prone to keloids or took proper care of their scars etc -- the appearance of the scars can vary! But in the vast majority it won't look like someone took a saw to your skin.
@zongspic@SawtrapWolfgirl Surgical scars will not generally look like that. I have these myself. Scars that result from reduction/top surgery are going to be neat, narrow lines along the underside of the breast. They won't by default heal jagged. Outlying circumstances can make it possible, however.
@3choingWhisper@SawtrapWolfgirl It happens, it can also depend on if someone loses weight, how their skin heals from trauma etc and where exactly on the body the scar is. But generally speaking the vast majority of top surgery scars will heal in a thin, narrow line. Jagged edges aren't more anatomical.
@Samuel_Asika@kirawontmiss in the UK yes, it can be considered harassment, and this took place in England. The 18 arrests weren't just catcalling alone however, they were arrests for things like assault, harassment and theft.
@vin_jay_@marznotforu No there wasn't a formal/traditional breakup, so it'd say it's up for interpretation but I personally think that the relationship seems to have dissolved, in that they're just parting ways and taking separate paths now. Mel's VA said they split but the show was ambiguous.
@sayrting@puppypawplay They don't have a canon sexuality, they are not canon straight any more than they are canon bisexual, the entire event is a fanon event and every champion is going to be posed with 10 other flags that aren't canon to them either. These are personal use chibis, it isn't that deep.
@Dantismoo@hexsaber Sure, you don't HAVE to be nice. But speaking to me and about me, and then acting like i'm an idiot for thinking it. Telling me i'm being a puritan, that it's my ship, that IM being heteronormative and then telling me it's not about me? Right.
