@RachaelMaskell I raised something urgent this week and nothing from your office. Noone answers phone. Am a Constituent with no remedy unless my mp helps
@RCIBank 72hrs after your twitter team promised me a call back. None received. Two hrs on call and no answer. That's the level of service currently provided by RCI
@wizzair we're supposed to be getting the 4:15 Ljubljana to London flight but your comms aren't up to it.
Ljubljana live departures initially showed 15:30 departure, now 4:10, your site shows 18:15. Would quite like to know how long going to be at airport
@LBofBromley so according to your new speed signs on Coniston Road I can go 20mph downhill and 30 uphill. There is one speed on front and a different one on back. Please explain
@Se_Railway Am stuck on a train just before New Beckenham. The announcements from Driver are so garbled they're useless and nothing on display for those hard of hearing (who clearly don't matter). Getting updates from SE website
@Uber_Support I booked an access ride to get to work this morning. No driver showed up ( I waited 15 min). No notification from the App. Vulnerable and now not able to get to work. Your support team didn't care
@MattHancock@michaelgove Can the strategy on lifting lockdown clarify when weddings will be allowed. Thousands of couples have no certainty and can't reschedule at present
@weddingplan_ins. Apparently it is preferred that someone who on Government advice having underlying health condition has a high risk of dying from Covid 19 by being forced to have their wedding because you won't extend cover for 1 years time. #Corporate manslaughter?
@CMO_England can the gov please give clearer guidance on weddings and going ahead. Brides and Grooms cannot claim on insurance unless gov specifically bans them. Or if we can go ahead please say this
@TrialByTruth @IRMSociety I agree. It's an area where metadata helps but also FOI if it can be used to ask for the "real" answer. It's an uphill challenge and hopefully one day there'll be an answer
@IRMSociety and in terms of maintaining the strength...events such as this where we can talk with our fellow professionals and the thought that when Historians view records in the future our work will help them see events as they truly are
@IRMSociety It's easy to get disheartened. I find storytelling to be a powerful tool to do that- tell the truth through a story and back in up with the evidence of the record
