@dominos_india pathetic customer service from dominos. I placed a big order, which was cancelled by the store, but no refund , no refund reference number. When i raise concern over the app, the ticket gets closed saying my mobile number is not reachable, a pathetic response.

Hi @ola_supports , I am disappointed with your support system. I was shown a fare of 1400 but charged 2300 for the same trip, I can’t even complain anywhere. This is completely unethical on your behalf. There needs to be more transparency on why I was charged so much.
